Job Description
As a Teamlead Financial Administration, you are responsible for the complete financial administration of our organization, consisting of six entities. You lead the financial team and ensure timely, correct, and complete processing of all financial data.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Accountancy
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration, including leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial and fiscal legislation
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as AFAS, Exact, or comparable
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to switch between operational and strategic tasks
- Natural leadership and the ability to create structure and overview
