Job Description
Assistant Manager, Business Training role is responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing and delivering training across various areas, and managing training operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 5+ years of experience in training management, and proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Requirements
- Conduct training needs analysis and design/deliver training
- Manage training operations, including calendar, budget, and vendors coordination
- Ensure training activities comply with Macau AMCM regulatory requirements
- Keep abreast of insurance trends and regulatory updates in different jurisdictions
