Job Description
Join FxPro as a Customer Support Officer and be part of our expanding international team. Assist clients of BnkPro, a new entity in the FxPro Group, through various mediums and resolve any issues they may face.
Requirements
- University Degree or relevant working experience
- Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic will be an advantage
- Computer literacy at a high level
- Flexible, analytical skills, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail
