Head of Engineering position for a partner group, responsible for defining and executing high-level structures of systems and software solutions, leading engineering teams, and overseeing cybersecurity protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an engineering leader or lead architect
• Wide technical expertise: algorithms, data structures, Linux, networking, security, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms
• Strong hands-on development background, especially with Go and other modern languages
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor senior engineers and tech leads
