Job Description
G-20 Group is a leading cross-asset trading firm seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to lead and support its Legal and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in financial contracts and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to draft, negotiate, and manage legal documentation.
Requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements including ISDAs, SAFTs, Service agreements, NDAs, partnership contracts, and other standard commercial agreements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and implications of business decisions.
- Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulatory developments across jurisdictions (with a focus on crypto and digital assets).
- Lead or support regulatory filings and compliance efforts where needed.
- Work with external counsel as required on complex or jurisdiction-specific matters.
