Legal Counsel (Zurich)

G-20 Group is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to lead and support its Legal and Compliance functions, particularly within the crypto and cross-asset trading space.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements including ISDAs, SAFTs, Service agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and implications of business decisions.
• Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulatory developments across jurisdictions with a focus on crypto and digital assets.
• Lead or support regulatory filings and compliance efforts where needed.
• Work with external counsel as required on complex or jurisdiction-specific matters.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline legal workflows.
• Build scalable legal processes to support a growing business.
• Contribute to the development of internal policies and processes that align with regulatory and legal best practices.
