Director of Marketing & Communications

The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of internal and external communications, branding, digital marketing, public relations, and storytelling efforts for a faith-based organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a faith-based or nonprofit organization
• Experience in crisis communication and reputation management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software
