Girl Experience Manager (K-5th grades)

Girl Experience Manager (K-5th grades) to manage program function of the council's jurisdiction, supervising program staff and supporting volunteers. The role involves developing strategies for building relationships, collaborating with other departments, and analyzing program evaluations.

Requirements

• Leads the development of strategies for building relationships
• Works collaboratively with other departments
• Analyzes program evaluations
• Develops and monitors program budgets, plans, and initiatives
• Oversees staff delivering and/or training volunteers
• Collects, analyzes and interprets outcomes and other data related to funding reports
• Assists staff in building participation in all outcomes surveys that support membership and program
• Creates a culture of teamwork; develops a motivated and competent team through effective supervision, performance evaluation, and development opportunities
• Manages and coordinates department budget and corresponding resource allocations
• Supervise a team of 3 full time specialist and 3 part time specialist as well as seasonal summer camp staff for 8 weeks
• Design and implementation of program for girls K-5 in an after school setting and summer camp setting
