Requirements
- Previous experience in assembly, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow assembly instructions and specifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends based on production needs
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 30lbs
- Must be able to stand up to 12 hour shifts
- Must read/speak/read English
