As a Production Operator in the Lamination Room, your job is to help make the soft, finished materials used inside cars, like on the seats, doors, or dashboards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow assembly instructions and specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
