CNC Machinist

A precision manufacturing company in Warren is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their growing team. This role focuses on high-mix, low-volume production where accuracy and craftsmanship matter.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience required
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient with measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Must understand tool offsets, setups, and tool changes
• HAAS experience strongly preferred (other platforms acceptable with transferable skills)
• CNC certification preferred; may be waived with 5+ years of proven machining experience
• Experience with metal removal processes such as milling, turning, and grinding a plus
• Familiarity with SAP routing, BOMs, or AutoCAD is beneficial but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
