Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support the expansion of our business. The role involves managing existing customer accounts, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring compliance with customs, port, airport, and international trade regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping or a related field
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics or freight forwarding
• Experience in sea freight is preferred (Import + Export)
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, in written and spoken communication
