Job Description
Gamuda Engineering is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop customer relationships, cultivate project opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to develop winning tender responses in the transport and civil infrastructure sector in New Zealand.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce or Marketing
- Significant experience working with successful construction and engineering companies in the New Zealand market
- Well established networks with the New Zealand Infrastructure market including NZTA and regional clients
- Demonstrated history of developing successful business development strategies and plans
- Understanding of value propositions and formulating winning strategies and deals
- Ability to work effectively between technical, commercial and marketing and precontracts teams internally
