Job Description
Gamuda Engineering is seeking an experienced Workforce Development Manager to lead and deliver our workforce development and training strategy across corporate and project operations. The successful candidate will oversee the Training function, collaborate with internal leaders, project teams, and external stakeholders, and shape programs, workforce plans, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ASQA requirements and training compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, clients and external partners
- Strong organisational, communication and reporting skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
