Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in customer service or online marketing
- Good technical understanding (CRM systems, dashboards, reports)
- Well-developed customer orientation, enthusiasm, and creativity
- Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented work
- Very good MS-Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with ZOHO desirable
