Supply Chain Controller, EMEA

Gates is seeking a Supply Chain Controller to join their Europe-wide Finance team. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and have strong self-motivation and self-reliance. The role involves analyzing and controlling costs, forecasting material and freight cost developments, and supporting strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience driving performance and cost efficiency within international manufacturing environments
• Proven track record as a Supply Chain Controller, collaborating closely with Procurement
• University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
• Solid experience working with manufacturing and logistics functions
• Strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Proficient in data analytics and reporting, with hands-on experience using SAP and Power BI
