Supply Chain Manager

Gates is a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. The company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to support supply planning and site relationships across U.S. operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, materials management, or production planning
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing site locations (preferred)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred)
• Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
• SQL and database experience (preferred)
