Job Description
Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking Cook II positions for Part-Time and Full-Time availability. The Cook II will prepare, portion, cook, and present large quantities of food items for various meals, preparing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. Responsibilities include food preparation, customer interaction, and adherence to company safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience in food service or related field (1+ year)
- Pass ServSafe Certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations
- Ability to read and quantify recipes and menus
- Ability to interact with customers, government personnel, and subcontractors
- Ability to pass organization screening
- Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and moving
