The Staffing Resource Coordinator is accountable for sourcing and screening persons with disabilities for federal contracts, onboarding, and training. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and building relationships within the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social services or a related field (may substitute equivalent combination of education and work experience)
- Minimum one (1) year experience working in a related field
- Prior experience in employment outreach and recruiting is preferred
- Experience with the AbilityOne Program and/or community vocational rehab services is preferred
- Experience and knowledge in military and civilian personnel matters, especially as they relate to the Department of Defense (DoD), federal, state, and county government agencies is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and experience using spreadsheets, recruitment tools and software
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
