Job Description
The Staffing Resource Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and screening persons with disabilities for federal contracts, as well as assisting with onboarding and training. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience with employment outreach and recruiting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social services or a related field
- Minimum one (1) year experience working in a related field
- Prior experience in employment outreach and recruiting is preferred
- Experience with the AbilityOne Program and/or community vocational rehab services is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience using spreadsheets, recruitment tools and software
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
