GD Resources is seeking a Senior Higher Education Marketing & Enrollment Consultant to drive student recruitment and enrollment growth. The role involves evaluating current practices, developing frameworks, optimizing marketing channels, and building conversion pipelines. The consultant will deliver a comprehensive enrollment growth playbook, outreach frameworks, and analytics dashboards.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in higher education marketing, enrollment, or consulting.
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, Slate, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong background in enrollment analytics and conversion modeling.
- Excellent communication and strategy development skills.
- Experience with predictive enrollment models and conversion dashboards.
