Job Description
GD Resources is seeking a Senior Student Success & Retention Consultant to design and operationalize a comprehensive student success framework. The consultant will focus on improving persistence, completion, and equity outcomes by aligning advising strategies, implementing early alert systems, and developing advisor playbooks. The role involves creating templates, workflows, and communication tools to drive adoption and measurable impact. This is a contract role based in Albany, NY.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in student success, retention, or higher education consulting.
- Hands-on expertise with EAB Navigate, Starfish, Civitas, or similar tools.
- Experience developing advising strategies and communication protocols.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
