Requirements
- IT Specialist
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 6.5 years of technical experience with end-user desktop troubleshooting and support
- 6 years of experience with ticketing software and procedures
- 6 years of experience supporting video-teleconference equipment
- 4 years of experience in IT support management
- 4 years of experience in customer service/technical support
- 2 years of experience with internet-based teleconference software support
- Understanding of ITSM workflows and compliance with security standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
