Talent Acquisition Specialist

The TA Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate data, and fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, hiring managers and regional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or headhunt company.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English skills
