The TA Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate data, and fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, hiring managers and regional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or headhunt company.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English skills
