Gear Inc. is looking for a Workforce Lead for our team in Da Nang, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and implementing solutions and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Train new members with the WFM procedures and policies
• Evaluate members' performance and provide feedback
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Improve WFM processes and procedures
• Analyze data to optimize staffing levels and schedules
