Job Description
Geeks on Site is hiring field IT technicians to support residential and small business customers with PC, Mac, printer, and scanner issues. Technicians will troubleshoot hardware and software, configure networks, and repair equipment. The role offers flexible scheduling and national brand recognition.
Requirements
- 2+ years of field IT support experience
- Familiarity with Canon, HP, and other common printer brands
- Knowledge of error code troubleshooting
- Experience with both Windows (10/11) and macOS troubleshooting
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone with camera and data for documentation and communication
- Ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor
