Job Description
Geeks on Site is seeking skilled on-call IT field technicians to support residential and small business customers. Technicians will troubleshoot PCs, Macs, printers, and configure network connections, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the company's network.
Requirements
- 2+ years of field IT support experience, including computer and printer work
- Familiarity with Canon, HP, and other common printer brands
- Knowledge of error code troubleshooting
- Experience with both Windows (10/11) and macOS troubleshooting
- Personal tools (bootable USB, screwdriver set, etc.)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone with camera and data for documentation and communication
