Job Description
Geeks on Site is seeking on-call IT field technicians to provide reliable computer, network, and printer support to residential and small business customers. Technicians will diagnose, repair, and configure equipment. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth based on location and availability.
Requirements
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS systems
- Resolve boot errors, OS issues, and login problems
- Set up or troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired internet connections
- Replace or upgrade hardware (HDD, RAM, cooling fans, etc.)
- Configure or connect printers and scanners (Canon, HP, Brother, etc.)
- Perform general maintenance on multifunction printers (MFPs)
- Reinstall operating systems using bootable USBs or recovery media
- Install remote tools or shortcuts as requested
