Requirements
- 2+ years of field IT support experience
- Familiarity with Canon, HP, and other printer brands
- Knowledge of error code troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows (10/11) and macOS troubleshooting
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone with camera and data for documentation
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
