Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Bodily Injury leadership experience
- Active Adjuster license
- Strong ability to assess needs and guide associates in negotiating claim settlements
- Experienced in the use of various claims tools
- Strong adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Expertise in Casualty claims
- Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong results orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics
