Commercial Casualty Claims Injury Training Manager

GEICO is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader to join their team as a Commercial Claims Injury Training Manager. The role will involve managing trainers, providing guidance on technical or procedural problems, and recommending procedural changes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Trucking Claims Managerial Experience and 2+ years of experience with high exposure complex injury losses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Trucking Claims Managerial Experience
• 2+ years of experience with high exposure complex injury losses
• Must be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone
• Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
• Must be able to work the Dallas GEICO office location, hybrid schedule
