Job Description
General Atlantic is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their Legal and Compliance Department in New York. The role involves assisting with transactional processes, preparing and organizing documents, and contributing to the firm’s global business operations. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. It's an established team with ample supervisory and senior support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college
- 1-3 years of corporate legal experience
- Familiarity with formation of various types of legal entities in global jurisdictions
- Experience maintaining corporate minute books and records
- Proficiency in Adobe and PowerPoint, and basic Excel and Outlook familiarity
- Strong project management and communication skills
