Composite Technician III

The role is under limited supervision and performs various non-routine and non-repetitive procedures in a loud environment, assisting in the fabrication, curing, build-up and assembly of composite materials. Works to blueprints, templates, and other authorized information.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of related experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Verbal communication, reading, and comprehension of written instructions and blueprints
• Basic mathematical calculations
• Use of hand tools, measuring instruments, and common shop tools
• Respirator certification
• Ability to work in a loud environment, extended hours, and lift assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance
