Job Description
The HR Business Partner is integral to the success of General Atomics business groups, responsible for organizational and employee development, consulting with employees and managers, and resolving human resource challenges. The role requires coaching, influencing, facilitating, presenting, communicating, developing processes, and analyzing and solving problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner role
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State (CA) employment laws
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, and present actionable information
- Strong communication and influencing skills
