Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a System Test Analyst Supervisor to join the GA-ASI Systems Integration Lab (SIL) team in Poway, CA. The ideal candidate will champion a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and interdepartmental synchronization to ensure high performance and reliability in a regulated aerospace environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of five or more years of related experience
- Comprehensive understanding of systems test concepts, theory, and operations
- Customer focused
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems
- Strong verbal and written communications and presentations skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to work extended hours and travel as required
- Prior experience working in a classified or ITAR-regulated environment is highly desirable
