Job Description
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is seeking a System Test Analyst Supervisor to join the Systems Integration Lab (SIL) team in Poway, CA. This role requires hands-on involvement in troubleshooting and repair, as well as supervisory experience in a regulated aerospace environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of five or more years of related experience
- Comprehensive understanding of systems test concepts, theory, and operations
- Customer-focused and strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and guide other employees and managers
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
