The Marketing Analytics Lead is responsible for Customer Care & Aftersales (CCA) analytics initiatives and cross-brand measurement across Service and Parts. This role develops and drives Marketing’s measurement and analytics plan, and leverages multiple data sources to identify actionable insights that drive business goals.
