Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN) role providing primary care services to all ages in a community health center setting, with a focus on routine and ambulatory care, including therapeutic procedures and patient management plans.

Requirements

• M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Board certification
• Current licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license in the state
• Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License
