Job Description
Generations Family Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide primary care services to all ages, including medical, dental, and behavioral health care. The ideal candidate will have a M.S. or D.N.P degree, board certification, and current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
Requirements
- M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Board certification
- Current licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license in the state
- Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License
