Staff Physician - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine (MD/DO)

Generations Family Health Center is seeking a Staff Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to all ages in a medical department setting. The ideal candidate will have an M.D. or D.O. degree, Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency training, and board certification or eligibility.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency trained from an accredited institution
• Board certification or board eligible
• Eligibility for licensure in the state of Connecticut
• Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
