Job Description
Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a detail-oriented Third-Party Liability (TPL) & Medical Records Specialist to oversee case settlement tracking, ensure timely record processing, and proactively identify relevant claims. This role is crucial for maximizing revenue recovery and maintaining HIPAA compliance. The position requires meticulous documentation and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Identify new and existing TPL cases from multiple platforms.
- Prepare, send, and track lien letters.
- Monitor case status and communicate settlement progress.
- Process, track, and fulfill medical records requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track outstanding balances.
