Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Nursing, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
