Job Description
Madhive is seeking a Pressures on the healthcare workforce Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees in multiple states. This role requires expertise in BambooHR and NetSuite, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of payroll experience and experience in Finance or HR.
Requirements
- Manage all scheduled payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees in multiple states.
- Ensure all payroll cycles are submitted by their respective process.
- Calculate and post off-cycle and other manual checks.
- Administer unscheduled payrolls for managers and employees.
- Calculate off-cycle and other manual exit checks.
- Assist managers and employees with payroll platform navigation.
- Prepare and send stock payroll reports.
