Genmab is seeking a dynamic, inspirational and science-driven people leader to head their Global Translational Medicine & Research team. This is a unique opportunity to drive translational impact across a diversified pipeline of antibody formats, mechanisms of action, and indications.
Requirements
- PhD or MD/PhD in a relevant scientific field
- 15-20+ years of drug development experience in biotech/pharma
- Strong track record of influencing drug development decisions
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
