Requirements
- Manage day-to-day operations and motivate teammates
- Act as Subject Matter Experts/Coaches and support auxiliary trainers
- Ensure accurate and timely review of flagged transactions and KYC documentation
- Review escalated cases and provide guidance to analysts
- Maintain and enforce escalation matrix for high-risk activity
- Manage risk-performance and track progress of analysts
- Collaborate with different teams to build reports/dashboards on key metrics
- Responsible for managing and implementing operational strategies
- Conduct Quality Checks (QC) on team members' output
- Involved in hiring and performance management
