Job Description
Genpact is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Due Diligence team. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of 10-12 individuals to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The role requires expertise in Financial Crimes (FCRM), strong interpersonal skills, and experience in managing AML, KYC, or Fraud investigation teams.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day operations and motivate team members
- Act as Subject Matter Experts/Coaches and support auxiliary trainers
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely review of flagged transactions
- Review escalated cases and provide guidance to analysts
- Maintain and enforce the escalation matrix for potential high-risk activity
