Consultant - Change Management Associate

Requirements

• Relevant years of experience in change management, project management, HR, or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of how people experience change and why they may resist it
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels and regions
• Sharp analytical thinking to interpret impact data and project information
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence others without formal authority
