Change Management Consultant (Santiago, Chile) hired on a project contract

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant with strategic vision and experience in organizational transformation projects. You will lead strategic change management projects, design and implement comprehensive change strategies, and ensure methodological quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading Change Management projects
• Solid experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders
• Prosci Certification (highly desirable)
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools
