Consultant – QA Manual

Genpact is looking for a Consultant – QA Manual to join their team. The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing experience and be able to author Test Plans, design complex test cases, and automate the test cycle process. The role involves manual testing, testing approach planning, and execution, as well as contributing to sprint planning efforts in an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• Manual testing experience on web-based and mobile applications
• Ability to author Test Plans, design complex test cases, and automate the test cycle process
• Working knowledge of Project Management and Testing tools (MS Project, JIRA, SOAP UI tools desirable)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of QA process for software development, debugging, and release
• Ability to objectively review and qualify objective data
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
