Job Description
Genpact is looking for a Lead Consultant – QA Manual to build the future with AI. The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing experience and be able to author Test Plan, design complex test cases, and automate the test cycle process.
Requirements
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA
- Hands on experience as a Quality Assurance Analy
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices
- Dynamic QA experience with software delivery, 3rd party software implementations, and maintenance
- Experience in manual and automated testing
- Experience in functional, performance and mobile testing
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Project Management and Testing tools
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Understanding of QA process for software development, debugging and release
- Ability to objectively review and qualify objective data
- Good time-management skills
